Is lookin for wood to cook with.
hi all,
i was asked to smoke some pulled chicken and pulled pork for a bbq.
there will be 50 to 75 people coming.
i am thinking 3 butts and a 40 pound case of bone in chicken thighs.
does that sound about right?
the crowd will probably be mostly men and everyone is suppose to bring there own sides.
