Looks like you're really getting the hang of your new kettle pizza kit - pizza looks great!
 
OK I watched real close now where is my slice? :mrgreen: Great rise on that crust looks amazing.

One trick, if you desire to cook the top more without the bottom cooking, you can "dome" it. Just hold it up towards the top of the oven with your peel.
 
Amazing. I love my Kettlepizza. I haven't used it yet this year though . . . :sad:
 
Deebo - started about 750F dropped to 550F when done...

I will go source some oak this weekend (rev up the pro mac 55)
 
2 cup bread flour
1 cup semolina flour
1 packet yeast
salt to taste
tbl olive oil
1.5 cub cold water

kneed this WELL!

put in large bowl and cover with saran and put in fridge

use after 24hrs or up to 3 days
How many pizzas do you get out of the recipe? I typically use 16 oz balls
