I'm Shane Minor, I live in Ardmore, Ok. I'm 30 years old and have been smoking meat for about 5 years now. Mostly cook for family, friends, and coworkers. I'm looking forward to learning from y'all and maybe trade a few secrets. Just recently upgraded from my brinkman drum smoker to a charbroil, hoping to have a custom made reverse flow soon.
