These are some of my homegrown birds. The garlic, scallion, ginger flavored birds I raised during the summer.

I went the simple route and just brushed them with olive oil, then into the drum (around 325F) with a bit of apple wood.
Served with a wild rice blend....
Tasted the thigh meat first...
Then a slice of the breast...
Not a fancy meal, just birds and rice but they tasted pretty good that night.
