Nothing Fancy. Simple Chicken

Did boneless skinless chicken breast brushed with EVOO and used Smokin' Dudes Chicken Rub. Cooked on the gasser

They were pretty thick so they took a while

Plated with left over stewed tomatoes and Uncle Bens Long Grain and Wild Rice

Juicy good flavor but a little tough. Will be good for my lunches this week.
