Country style spare ribs.
Holding at 200. Charcoal and some pieces of oak flooring. Makes me nervous. I suppose all have been through these things. Nice light smoke from topimage.jpg
Will keep things posted on here

Let us know how they turn out.

Nothing on it trimmings before they stain. 8' truck bed full $10.00

You better turn that thing right side up before all your food falls out.

I have had mine for over two years, but haven't used it much lately. I need to give that little rascal some love. The mini will actually hold quite a lot of food a one time. I'll bet those CSR's turn out great.
