Best Brisket I've ever made!

Hey guys, I don't post much here but I figured I'd post this cook. It was done on my latest acquisition, a Karubecue. I have smoked briskets on many cookers and this was THE best one I have ever made. I threw a pan of baked beans on toward the end to get some smoke and they too were the best I've ever made, lol.
