I was hungry for meatballs but couldn't decide what kind to make. So I made three kinds.

The first one is veal with one egg, Worcestershire sauce, onions, beef bouillon, onion powder, seasoned salt and bread crumbs.

The second was beef, green chili sauce, egg and scallions.

I didn't have a favorite, I liked them all. :-D

Thanks for looking!

Those look great.

I do have a question for you, how in the heck do you keep that custom drum grate looking so nice all of the time! I know you use it.

Looks good! Thanks for sharing
Thanks Smokin'Butts!

Your photography is so very good, and the food sublime as always!
Thank you Bucc! I'm having photobucket troubles..not sure why but they come out blurrier than the original.

I am a meatball lover! Those look awesome. I just can't resist throwing in a little fresh Parmesan when I make them..... Very nice.
Thanks Marty! I will give parmesan a try. :-D

Thanks!! The grate is pretty much seasoned like cast iron. I burn it off either before a cook or after and use a grill brush on it if needed. I still love the thing. :-D

Those all Look Great to Me...that would be a hard choice to make between the 3 different flavors !!

Super ideas, meatball tacos & sliders Gonna keep these in my to-do book. Thanks for sharing.

Those meatballs sound and look Great! Just wondering what kind of wood, if any, did you smoke them with, Jeanie.

As much as I love meatballs they sure do look good. I would have a hard time choosing which one I would try first. Those onion rings look good too. I can't ever get the batter to stay on them that good.

Cowgirl, those look great! Now that I have a drum I will have to do some Italian style meatballs for grinders.

Meatball Tacos.....What a great idea! That all looks wonderful. I'll need to copycat that if you don't mind.
