For the first time in a while, I didn''t have overtime work or grandkids, so I filled my smoker.
Four fatties on the top: two stuffed with cheese, two non-stuffed. One each mild and spicy. Also a tiny bit of bacon scraps in the foil bowl.
Two chuck roast on the second shelf.
Two Boston Butts on the bottom two racks.

After the fatties came out, I had about 8 hard boiled eggs I stuck in for maybe an hour.

Electric smoker, started the preheat just after 7AM, butts and roasts went in about 8AM.
Built the 4 fatties and got them in at about 9AM.
Fatties got about 5 hours. The cheese from the mild stuffed log just about disappeared.
The habanero cheese I put in the spicy sausage was laid in thick and shows in the roll.

Chuck roasts came out around 7PM. Haven't tasted them yet!
The butts came out at 11PM. Had a taste from what stuck to the rack.
These hunks of meat should do us for the week! (including some sharing)
 
Wow, your definitely eating good for awhile.
