Time to play "Name that wood"

Any leaves, or did you just get it like that?

Walnut..... I've never seen butternut. Doesn't look like hickory bark, and I've never seen the dark grain in hickory. Elm, I haven't seen the grain of it either, IamMadMan may be on to something.

I can't believe six pages of "Name That Wood!!!!".
