Beef ribs cooking

Thanks, first time trying a rack of beef ribs.

Usually do short.
 
^^^^^Personally I think it's waaay easier to leave it on, although it is waaay tougher than pork membrane. But it's not the worst thing I have ever eaten by far.
 
It is a lot like tearing cellophane shrink wrap off with your teeth. It has good flavor but the texture adds a primal component to the meal.
 
I'm doing some tomorrow. Can't wait to see the results. They look great so far. :eusa_clap
 
Looks great to me. I can't seem to find any beef ribs around here with any meat at all. How'd they taste?
