Here is one to try if you like Old Bay

Sprinkle Old Bay on wings and cook indirect
Melt one stick of butter 1/4 bottle of malt vinigar and a bunch of old bay
toss cooked wings in mixture
remove from mixture sprinkle with more old bay and enjoy

Looks good! I read about using Old Bay on wings here from someone and gave it a shot. We really enjoy them with that seasoning.

It is a sauce that a bartender here makes once in a while (not that I frequent bars). She also makes a regular and sweet sauce along with a great rub. She just doesn't do it often enough.
