Hola BBQ aficionados! Thanks for letting me into the club; I hope to learn from everyone since I'm brand new to the art of smoking. I bought a hybrid grill from Sam's (I know, I know...) and have "smoked" some pork ribs and a pork loin so far. I put smoked in quotes because I'm sure it doesn't qualify for real "smoking" but they did turn out pretty good.
Anyway, I'm now completely hooked on smoking and using charcoal instead of propane, so thought I'd join a forum that might actually save me some time and maybe, just maybe, reach a new level of respect from the in-laws.
