Does anyone else cater breakfast?
We did a breakfast catering job for a company here a few weeks ago. Biscuits & gravy, french toast, hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. My wife posted a few pictures of it on our Facebook page and now we're getting swamped with calls for breakfast catering jobs.
Don't get me wrong, I like the business but we're getting up at 4:00 am, getting breakfast cooked and delivered, then going and getting everything else ready for our regular 11-6 hours of selling barbecue. Get home a little after 6:00 pm, get the smoker going again and get brisket and pork shoulders on for the next day.
I'm getting too old for this!
