Salmon dinner

Just had some family over. They are not meat eaters so I defrosted a slab of salmon. Coated with a mix of soy sauce, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. Some seed mix on top.

My wife made green beans with tomato sauce

Some kimchi

And we both made gratain

All together it was a nice meal

2. They were on my wife's side... :wink:
Seriously they are elderly with dietary restrictions.
And for me smoked salmon is as good as any meat. Even better than some...
