Breakfast sandwhich for dinner

I'm never happy with the quality of my pics. I let the exposure setting in the middle at 0 but found turning it down helped out. My first pic is to bright. The others I had exposure down.

Now I have to work on presentation. The plated pic doesn't look but it was tasty. That was chorizo mixed with some ground beef, bacon and cheese, with a fried egg.

Also added one of pizza from the other day. Topped with beef sausage.

I have been tweaking a recipe for awhile. Think I have it down to where I like it.

Although I didn't stretch the dough out as far as I wanted. I was using All Trumps bromated flour, so not stretching as far and using bromated flour gave it more spring in the crust I wanted.

I been using for a while. Using a two day cold ferment.
