It's been a while since i cooked some St Louis so these really hit the spot. I used some Jerk rub, sweet rub and finished with a homemade BBQ glaze.

Ribs went on about 4 and came off @ 5:15 on a cold blustery day...Sleeting out. Is this Spring???

Here's the juiciness.

Now for a couple of bite shots... Thanks for looking!

Nice ribs kieth. Gotta try some jerk.

Some fiece winds here too

Yea Steve this weather blows! ...excuse the pun. lol

I like doing a little spice type of rub and a sweeter rub both and today the glaze added alot.

Today was a little more R&D with this new method and i couldn't have been happier.

They look great! What did you cook them on???
Thanks! They were done in my drum but the process and some equipment is something unique I'm working on...it'll be adaptable to lots of different cookers.

OK... If you're sharing, where are mine?

:-D
I sent a courier Ron so if he doesn't arrive in a couple of hours we're outta luck.
