Finally had time to breakout the new PBC today.
Beautiful weather and the final result was fantastic. I don't want to say, "best chicken ever" but this is now my go to poultry cooker...Bring on Thanksgiving!
I used the Pit Barrel Rub on the chicken and some Yardbird on the Turkey Breast. Turkey sandwiches for lunch this week. I also grilled up some Bok Chou with some balsamic vinigrette and olive oil that was very good for a change up.
