Please make this an entry into the I would hit that Competition.
Grabbed the stuff to make the Tator Tot Bake.
(we call them potato Gems down here )

Layered the Gems in the pan with a topping of cheese and fried onion then another layer.






Mounted a few Chooks on the Spit rod.

Put everything in the Ofset and let it all do its Magic.

Beautiful cookup, Titch. The color on those chooks is outstanding. Yep, I'd hit that.
 
I'm sitting here @ 5 in the am thinking about that for breakfast. Nice cook.

It's 7 now but I see what you mean... I really popped into the site to fine a smoked breakfast idea.... I do have a chicken in brine right now.... Suddenly chicken is breakfast food.:mrgreen:
 
I don't know what looks better, the tators or the chicken. Nice job!
