First cook write-up and first attempt at beef ribs, so go easy on me. Removed the very thick membrane on the back and rubbed with Adams Reserve House All Purpose rub. Cooked at 225 until they got to the color I wanted (about 2.5 hrs). Wrapped and cooked at 250 for approximately 1.5 hrs until probe tender. Supplemented smoke with A-Maze-N tube and used cookin pellets perfect blend. I was very pleased with the results.

I'd be pleased too. Nice smoke ring, looks plenty moist. Great job!

Thanks for the feedback! I am graduating this weekend to a short plate; we'll see how that one goes.

SmittyJonz...I am using an American made Traeger 075. With Cookinpellets Perfect Mix, it does a great job.

Go easy on you? Why would we do that?:p. It all looks great, and besides, if you were happy with the results then....................well you did just fine:-D.
