Quick hangover breakfast..Baked Eggs on Tortillas

Had this for dinner a few times but would be great after a tough night out..

Cheese,Salsa,Egg and tortilla

I added a cheese and rub layer but this is optional depending on the hangover. You can skip this step if you want..

Preheat oven or grill to 350F and add cheese in a circle to keep the egg in the middle

Bake or grill until egg is cooked the way you like it than add salsa. Add some S&P if you wish

Needed a kick.. Now we are on track

That looks dee-lish... and a griddled/lightly browned slice of fatty would just kick it "over the top" for this farker!
