First attempt at beef ribs

I Found these at SAMs club yesterday. " iBeef short rib plate" is how it was labeled. Two three bone racks in the package for 3.49 lbs.
Coated with hot sauce, kosher salt and butchers grind black pepper.


Put them on the Bx50 @275 for 7 hours





They rested almost two hours then this.....

 
Amazed at how good these turned out and how easy they were to cook.
