Just put on a chuck roast for dinner. Going to do some pepper stout sammies this afternoon.

On the grill

Green pepper, Pablono pepper and red onions ready for the stout later.
 
Did a salt/pepper/garlic rub overnight. Getting hungry already.....
 
Just wish they had bigger chuckies... Got the biggest and it was under 3lbs....

Only going to be mid to high 60's here,but sun is shining and it will be a beautiful day. Thanks,same to you.
 
Shredded and back on the smoker while my wife runs an to the post office... Time for another stout.

Ask the meat department to cut you a double-thick one. That is what I do.
Your chuck and the Pepper Stout Beef looks great.
 
Waited for probe tender which was around 205
