I get food grade buckets from the walmart bakery. They used to be free but now are a $1 for bucket & lid combo.

I will look into that as well. I use HD buckets

They have several different sizes so I usually get a couple of each size. The smaller ones work great for pork loins, chicken, etc

All Ziploc bags are food safe. I just hit the Wally World and buy the big storage ones. Easily fits two 16-18 pounders plus brine. No need to sanitize at that point.
