I used to but I now use an even mix of apple cider & bourbon. Don't know if the cook's any better but now I like to spritz myself! :wink:

really enjoyed that one! i cannot remember the last time i tipped a brisket. i gave up the fat cup up so long ago. iirc when the fat used to puddle that was about time to wrap in foil. :shock: i laughed so hard when the guy said he threw potato salad at the 2 guys trying to take the register.
