Chuck eye roll??

Here at the local Costco in Japan they have a whole chuck eye roll. Some searching showed mixed ways to cook it. Is it like a chuck roast or more like cut and serve like a steak? Tempted to cook like a chuck roast but not sure right now.

The very end will produce 2 really nice steaks, the rest can be roasts, pulled,etc... Here is some reading for you.

Sorry for the late reply, thanks the link helped a lot. I understand it, for the price I'm not to sure about though.
