I have an opportunity for a vending event in the Tulsa area.
The event is at the ORU Mabee Center on August 8, 9 and 10th.
I am friends with the event coordinator.
She sent me this message:
"Looking for Concessions that would be interested in coming to IICOT as food booth....someone that would do smoke turkey legs, buffalo burgers...anything that would pertain to sometime of "Indian Foods" other than Indian Tacos. Roasted Corn, smoked brisket, something like that....do you know anyone that would be interested?"

There are usually somewhere around 4000 people attending on each of the three days.
