Not really something most of us need to be told. Almost want to do the opposite. Not today though. Ribs & Chicken on the Old Smokey.

I’m one of those rookies who wrap ribs. Sometimes beginning, sometimes half way sometimes at the end. Lately at whatever time frame I decide to wrap Ive been adding a half sometimes whole miniature bottle of Jack Daniels Apple. My wife really enjoys the taste that Mini Jack Provides. She actually brags on them.


PS: sometimes I cook by temperature too
PSS: I’ve also been known to put beans in chili
 
Nice looking ribs. Never tried JD Apple before - on ribs or on my self. Might just fix that...
