Favorite uses of bbq seasonings and rubs outside of bbq

Dizzy Pig Rubs 'Pineapple Head" seasoning goes wonderfully mixed in with smoked and mashed sweet potato. Add a spoonful of sour cream, chives and some candied bacon bits on top.
 
I use rub on everything.
Corn, on the cob or off, benefits from some good spicy rub. Any veggies really.
Eggs for sure. Just did a spinach/pork/onion fritatta this morning with some Southern Flavor cajun seasoning.
Potatoes and pasta are now out for me, but whatever kind of rub I had on hand went on them.
 
Whenever I make bacon, I hit it HARD with my Memphis style rub. I know... one would think that bacon cannot be improved upon, but one would be mistaken. Give it a try.
