Padawan's Cedar Planked Salmon Nuggets and Lamb Chops ala Phrasty Pron

Padawan scored some Phresh lamb chops at a Islamic butcher.
You can just order a cut and he slices it off the lamb or cow.

Lamb was covered with a paste of thyme,rozemary,parsley,majoraam,garlic,jalapeno,spanish red pepper,olive oil,lemon juice,salt.

For starters we had salmon nuggets with a dille sauce.

The nuggets and Phrasty's marinade were killer!

OK, this is my LAST post in a Padawan thread until she joins and starts posting her own cooks. Good Grub! Oh, and I just checked. Padawan is still available as a user name on this forum.
