Love the color on them.
Took most of the day. My legs are killing me from standing on the pork but it was worth it came out pretty good. And you sears my son Josh who went through the pork after I pulled it to make sure there was no more Globs of fat in itI did this for my sister-in-law she asked me if I would cook some pork butt For her for a party. I think she'll be happy.
