Final Round Brisket

Figured I would do a test run on my brisket recipe for an upcoming competition in May. Got this little beauty 2.5 weeks back and have been aging her since. Final round of the Masters, recorded Darlington race (missed it last night), and brisket in the evening. Good day ahead!
