It doesn't snow very often here in North Alabama, so when I got the message yesterday (while shopping at Publix) that work was going to be closed, and I picked up some extra goodies to play.

Started with some chicken thighs, roasted peppers and some Monterey jack cheese...

Removed the skins and deboned the chicken thighs.. dusted with Yardbird

and wrapped with two slices of bacon... (The 2-skewer model has a dusting of HDD)

OMG... that looks so good. I am going to try it. I also now need the comp cart for my 640
 
I have been doing those lately, everybody loves them! Yours look excellent.
