I guess we only cook backyard food here in SA.
Actually going to be a pit assistant for a buddy of mine that is entered in the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo BBQ Cookoff and Festival next weekend at Freeman Coliseum. See if I can learn something and have fun at the same time.
