Howdy brethren !

The american Embassador in Berlin, John B. Emerson, invited 250 People into his Residenzy for the american Food & Wine Event to
promote american made products to german media, politians and VIPs. Guess who was asked to cook the the Barbecue ? :-D

We cooked about 1500 pieces of Fingerfood on 4 "Made in USA" Primo Oval XL Grills. Heres the Menu :

-Plank grilled Alaska Salmon

grilled on California Pinot Noir soaked cedar planks with California Pistachio crust.

Served on fresh ciabatta with cream cheese

-Don Marco's PigSticks

with ground pork , onions, jalapenos, maple syrup, PigWing BBQ Rub, wrapped in Bacon on a stick and glazed with prune bbq sauce

-Surf & Turf

American Beef Flank Steak served on fresh grilled pita bread with California Cabernet & chipotle Chimichurri, Shrimp & Tomato Skewer

-Prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin stuffed with wine soaked cranberry stuffing

We also cooked some US Beef Brisket with my Texas Rub and Ribs with my Cherry Bomb Rub for some VIPs.

It was a great honor and pleasure for us to cook on that event.
