Ribs again!:-D
This time I got enough ribs to fill the ribrack.
It worked great!
Dennessey made a wiener stuffed fatty again but enhanced it this time like he promised last week.
The forth pic that you see is a sauerkraut/mashed taters plate from Dennessey that he made with last weeks fatty,rest of the pics are from today.....except the first 3 pics.:-D
You can tell that the boy loves his pron like I do,he made some step-by-step pics of his fatty.

2 ribs I rubbed with a basic rub (red),2 ribs Dirty Dalmatian rub (black and white) and 2 ribs with masala rub (yellow).
5 wings with basic rub and 5 with masala rub.
Not so many pics of the final results though.
