Another Experiment...

Had an idea (not all of them are that great), but I decided to proceed
like a happy moron anyway. This happened on Sunday.
Drilled Taters. Tons of prep and not worth it in my opinion. Granted, they looked nice, but so did my X-Wife. I wouldn't do that again either.
I had some leftover filling from the Taters and stuffed a couple of ABT's instead of feeding it to the dog.
Just your regular Baby Back Ribs. Dry rub, no foil, no nothing. They were delightful. About 3.5 hrs @ 230, very moist.

OMG!!!! Fark, I need to get my power tools into the kitchen!! A jap stuffed tater!!! Man that all looks so good. That tater reminds me of how my dad likes his baked potatoes. He smashes it up, salt, pepper, BUTTER, and then adds a chopped up roasted jalapeno. Good eats right there!! Thanks for sharing. Looks like a winner to me!:eusa_clap:eusa_clap:eusa_clap:eusa_clap

Best laugh of the morning, Weiser, thanks!
And hey, we're all about trying new stuff so thanks for the cheap lesson! :)

Thanks Arlin...

I'm not finished yet.
Expect one of these experiments a week for the next twelve weeks.
Some will be hits and some will be garbage.
I'll post the best of the best and the worst of the worst!
