Octoforks

Gotta chance to use 2 sets of Octoforks on my 007 a few weeks ago.

Hate night time pics. I spun 2 full spares with some so called CSR's ( these were just strips of pork ) and a couple chicken thighs on the swivel.

Super fast cook. Grate temps were 500-600. Just so tender and juicy.

I will be using these a lot. Thanks Keith.

What a fantastic job. Direct drum cooking is really a great way to go. I really enjoy cooking with stick and eating the product.
