I know it kinda looks rare at the bone in the pic, but it was all cooked to an IT of 145-150, I took temps in several places with both my 732 and my Thermopen. And I specifically took temps near the bones to be sure, so it may appear rare, but it isn't:loco:.

I don't mind a little pink in the pork I make at home. Those pictures have me STARVING for some pork for dinner tonight. Nice job on the cook. Looks great!
