Just wanted to share share a couple of shots of the Whole Top Sirloin I smoked on my Traeger BBQ075 on Sunday. It was 2 hours on the Smoke setting at P-2 and 2 hours on the 180 degree setting also at P-2. I pulled it at 130 degrees internal. The roast rested for 30 minutes before cutting.

Wow, that worked out really well, will need to try this sometime.

That looks farkin' awesome... One of my favorite cuts of meat - tender and really juicy.

I almost overlooked this post...now I've just drooled on myself.

perfection, could you please slice some up thin on a fresh roll with a little horseradish sauce for me, wow!

Thank You All

Thanks for the kind comments. I am working on internet sandwich delivery for the Brethern. I will keep you posted on my progress.:-D

Looks good. But that is a Sirloin Tip, not a Top Sirloin.

Actually it is half of a whole top. I cut the whole before putting it in the smoker to control the temp a little easier. It was 15lbs at the beginning.

That's a hard cut to smoke! For me anyways...

Looks like you got it figured out..... :thumb:
