I don't think this one has been done before. Can either be the Spanish, Portuguese, type. In the casing or not. It can be the star on its own or mixed up with other ingredients. We may need to relax the grilling/smoking rule if it's the fresh, out of the casing type chorizo, but it must be chorizo and not some other type of sausage. This would work well as an appetizer, dinner and of course breakfast, so it opens up the possibilities. Hopefully, that will get more people to enter. Heck, they can even grind and stuff their own chorizo. That would make for a nice entry too!

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 9/26 through the entry submission deadline of 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 10/6/14.

Entry pictures must be submitted by 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 10/6.
