Anyone ever make pemmican?

Sounds interesting, It's a 18th century survival food. One way of eating it is mixing it into a soup called "rubaboo"

There's lots of videos on it but I like this guys videos (yes I know the old garb and hat is funny looking)

I think I'm going to raise up the swivel dome in the 007 and pre cook the meat so it gets some smoke before putting it in the dehydrator.

Will do... I think bottom round might be a good cut to use. I'll be doing this sooner then later for sure.
