I saw this on the menu somewhere and had to try it. I had never heard of fried smokd chicken nor thought of it before. I wasn't amazed by the order but it sounds like something that can be great. Has anyone tried anything like this before? Maybe smoke the chicken about halfway to get in the smoke and then finish with a quick fry.

Yes either smoke then fry... Or I've done all fried in the smoker.

Get the oil hot enough to smoke and dump in the chicken. Stir, wait five minutes, drain and serve. :shock:
