Our new neighbor across the street gave us a large bag of tomatillos. Guess it's time to make salsa. Just need to find the right recipe...

And for some reason, when I type 'tomatillos', Microsoft thinks I meant to type 'automatism'.

12 tomatillos, 2 jalapenos, 1 medium white onion, 1 handful cilantro ( roughly one cup), 2 fresh squeezed limes, 1tablespoon minced garlic, salt to taste. Broil the tomatillos and jalapenos until they get some nice dark color on the outsides. Add all the other ingredients to a blender or food processor. Whip it up and BAM salsa verde. Pretty solid recipe that should satisfy most people who like salsa verde.
