I'm so embarrassed. This was the very first chicken I ever did in my very first comp. Needless to say, I didn't do very well with it, however, I was the "best new cooker" that year and won a WSM.

I was am toying with the idea of boneless/skinless thights for this weekend. Will probably do "regular" thighs as well and make a final decision at the last minute.
