Looking good ssv3. Meatball sub with a extra cold glass of beer sounds mighty good in this weather.
 
that looks amazing , never thought of doing meatballs on the grill and will haft to do it .
 
What all did you add to the meat mix?

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, a touch of cumin, a dash of cayenne, minced onion, finely chopped fresh parsley. Pretty much eyeballed everything to my taste. No egg as a binder either.

You can also hit it with a little bit of Italian seasoning if you prefer.
 
I haven't had a meatball sammich in like forever. This awesome simple cook has me wanting one for breakfast right now.:icon_smile_tongue:
