Its time to get Memorial Day weekend up and running. I've got a few friends who requested some BBQ this weekend. So this is what we wound up with.
120lbs of raw pork and 30 racks of baby backs.
I got up at 3 this morning and fired up Big Daddy. First on the list is the 120lbs of pork.

After that I started slicing up peppers and onions for some baked beans that will go on later. I'll be in and out but I will keep you updated.
 
My buddies daughter is getting married tomorrow and he wanted the BBQ tonight so I took today off work. Nothing like a 4 day weekend.



Your buddy has a great friend! and everyone at the wedding is getting a treat to some fine BBQ!

I'll cook, maybe just grill a dog or smoke some Spam!!!

Dang Will! You do it up right! Must be great to have an excuse to load up that monster smoker. :thumb:
