Please accept this as my entry to the "Tailgate Like a Boss TD!"

Been a while since I did a post like this...fired up the Kettle for some wings tonight. Had Sublime Radio playing on Pandora and a few cold ones to quench my thirst. Wings were rubbed with 3 different rubs: Oakridge BBQ Habanero Death Dust, Salt Lick Rub and Bob Gibson's Rub. Served with carrots, celery, and fries that were sprinkled with a mix of Lawry's and sugar...sort of like Wing Stop fries. Tasha thought the HDD ones were too hot...wuss!

Please accept this as my "Tailgate" entry

Such a busy weekend, only grabbed the one pic. So, Fajitas! Oakridge chicken and game rubbed chicken breast marinated in fresh cilantro and Lime juice on the Rotisserie, Flank steak rubbed with Oakridge Santa Maria rub and marinated in EVOO, Worcestershire, and Bourbon on the Kettle with fajita seasoned peppers and onions in the CI . Served with all the fixin's: Fresh plum tomatoes, homemade Guac, fresh shredded Cheddar cheese, sour cream, red onion, and slightly grilled warmed Tortillas.

I haven't been able to do a throwdown for a while, but I don't want to miss this one! It's cold outside, so I made a nice hot beef stew. It came out very tasty and tender.

Yup, It's Football Sunday. I get to watch Red zone today because my team plays Monday. I can cook and miss parts and it's OK

Went with Hot Wings, Oyster Bombs, Scallop Bombs, and a Dungeness Crab / Artichoke dip. And some veggies because.....Just because

Hey Moose and Shag

Can I please replace my official TD tailgate picture to this one. I want to make this my official entry instead. I am a woman. We are supposed to be able to change our minds. I am having buyers remorse. Originally I liked the multiple snack TD picture. But I didn't have the melted cheese pic on the chili.
