how long did it take it at 350? what internal temp did it finish at? rest before slicing?

2 hours and 50 mins... I pulled it at about 162 internal in the breast and rested for 30 mins.

The skin was perfectly edible. Loosening the skin and not oiling it until it has cooked a little while makes a great skin. Not rubbery at all.
