Here is one of them cooked. The iPhone flash made it look grey but it was just about the same level of pink all the way through, nice and rosy. Never had anything that juicy, and it stayed that way even when it cooled off. A lot of times I notice that my cool steaks end up a lot drier than when they come off the grill and just aren't as good.
Here's how much waste there was too. No gristle, that was just a bit of fat that I couldn't hold. Makes the purchase worth more when there is literally zero waste to a steak.
Don't have cable BTW, so when I eat alone I stream TV over my iMac. LOL, hence why there is a computer 4 inches from the plate!
